Why use an online template instead of Word or Excel
Word and Excel invoice templates are fine for the occasional invoice, but they make you do the work an invoice template should do for you:
- No math mistakes. Line amounts, tax, discounts and totals are calculated automatically.
- Numbers that don't repeat. Each new invoice gets the next number.
- A PDF your client can't accidentally edit, that looks the same on every phone and computer.
- Nothing to install. It works in any browser, on desktop, tablet or phone.
- Your history in one place. Reopen, duplicate and track invoices instead of searching through files.
